Makeup artists throughout Texas are scrambling to secure spots at one of this year’s premier trade events “The Makeup Show.” The Makeup Show is stopping in Dallas, TX from September 24-25 during its six-city national tour.
Advertising itself as the biggest makeup event in the country designed exclusively for professionals, The Makeup Show will focus on five major themes: artistry, education, networking, community, and inspiration.
But before you go rushing off to buy tickets; here’s a little peek at the event’s agenda.
Attendees can participant in ten different hands-on workshops, each priced between $140-$300. The workshops will feature industry leaders Orlando Santiago, Danessa Myricks, and Bethany Townes as tackle important subjects including:

The Makeup Show also offers six keynote and business forums led by some of the most prestigious names working in makeup such as: Reggie Wells, James Vincent, Angela Wilson, Gregory Arit, Roshar, James Vincent, Erik Soto, Lori Taylor, Yaneek Proctor, and Sian Richards. A one-day pass costs $48 online or $60 at-the-door. A two-day pass cost $68 online or $78 at-the-door. But remember, since The Makeup Show is only available to professionals, attendees will be required to present professional credentials upon arriving. The only exception pertains to students that are currently attending a beauty or hair school. Instead of credential, students must present a student ID or enrollment documents.
